Trinity Cloud Consulting charges a flat rate of $200 per hour for all consulting services across all cloud platforms — Azure, AWS, GCP, and OCI. There are no hidden fees, no surprise invoices, and no enterprise markup. Project-based fixed-fee estimates are also available on request.
We specialize in Microsoft Azure and AI/LLM implementations, and we fully support Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Most SMB clients we work with are Azure-first, but we meet you where you are.
We specifically focus on small and medium-sized businesses. Trinity Cloud Consulting was built because enterprise-grade AI and cloud consulting was priced out of reach for most SMBs. Our flat $200/hour rate and no-bloat approach is designed specifically for businesses that need real results without a Fortune 500 budget.
We are based in Fort Worth, Texas and serve clients nationwide and internationally. Trinity Cloud Consulting is a DBA of Global-AI-Network, LLC. Most engagements are conducted remotely, though on-site work is available for clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Every engagement starts with a Planning phase — we audit your workflows, define scope, and deliver a roadmap. Then we Develop — building your AI pipelines, cloud infrastructure, or automations. Finally we Deploy — launching in production, handing off documentation, and training your team. No phase starts until the previous one is signed off.
Absolutely — the majority of our clients come to us with existing infrastructure they want to extend or improve. We audit what you have, identify quick wins and technical debt, and build incrementally rather than ripping and replacing unless truly necessary.
